get all the answers. i was hanging on every word you were saying, john. i happened to glance at my apps, here's a bbc news reports. -- report. it says the u.n. says numbers of syrian refugees arriving in jordan putting a considerable strain on the resources. the u.n. h.c.r. said that more than 26,500 refugees have crossed into jordan since january 1. officials said up to 3,000 were arriving every day and 50,000 were waiting to cross. that happens to be the camp that we visited. that happens to be the camp where just a few days before there was a very bad storm and these tents were blown down and there was riots and demonstrations and anger and frustration. and the belief that we're not helping them. the anger that we felt when a young woman who is a teacher said this next generation of children will take revenge on those that did not help them. we are sowing the wind in syria, we're going to reap the whirlwind that whirlwind will be the increase of -- increased presence of al qaeda and islamist groups which are now flooding into syria, as you know. 60,000 dead and counting and the

of stuff that people can come after you with. kind of the backdrop here is that house speaker john boehner has had some hiccups or headaches lately. it started late last year when house republicans struggled over how to deal with the george w. bush tax cuts. the house wanted them all extended for everybody. democrats are never on board. president obama was never going to be on board with the idea. so john boehner struggled in that situation, even coming up with an alternative plan for extending tax breaks for anyone making less than $1 million a year. he had to pull from the courthouse. so that was. a was. the next day, he also -- not the next day. excuse me, on january 1, they came back and finally agreed to raise tax rates for those incomes of people making $400,000 a year. that was a tough bill and proposal for him to put forward to, just because taxes went up at the end of the day. the next day he came back and decided to not have a vote on the sandy relief package. that made house lawmakers angry in the northeast. governor chris christie of new jersey also had some tough words for him

ramsey. the case remains unsolved and now reports say a grand jury had voted to indict john and patsy ramsey. but the district attorney refused to sign the indictment, believing he could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. an attorney for john ramsey says indicting him would have been a gross miscarriage of justice. >> this case was so huge back then. fascinating to learn that both parents were indicted. the legal question is, did the d.a. have a legal obligation to sign it under colorado law? because some analysts are saying he should have signed it and moved to dismiss the charges in open court. >> that's remarkable. i don't think i've ever heard of that. typically, what d.a.'s want to do is they want the grand jury to decide. because then the decision is not on you as the district attorney, it's on the people of the grand jury. it is like the tribe has spoken. so if you have a grand jury indictment, then even if you don't prove your case, you still have done your job. it's remarkable to me that you would get that indictment yet not sign it. >> it was such a high profile c
